Dehradun : High-altitude regions of Uttarakhand witnessed a fresh spell of snowfall, bringing down temperatures sharply and covering the Himalayan shrines and surrounding peaks in a thick white blanket. This marks the second significant snowfall in the region this season, boosting the winter chill across upper reaches.
