🚨 Agra Woman Dies by Suicide, Accuses Policeman of Betrayal After 4-Year Live-In Relationship

Agra: A tragic incident has come to light in Agra, where a woman allegedly died by suicide after accusing a police constable of betrayal following a long-term live-in relationship. The deceased woman left behind allegations against the policeman, claiming he had promised to marry her but later backed out.

Betrayal

According to police sources, the woman stated in her complaint that JV Gautam, a constable posted at the Uttar Pradesh Police station in Tajganj, had been in a live-in relationship with her for nearly four years. She claimed that during this time he kept her like his wife and repeatedly assured her that he would marry her.

However, the woman alleged that the constable recently refused to fulfill his promise and instead decided to marry another woman. The alleged betrayal reportedly caused severe emotional distress to the victim.

Before taking the extreme step, the woman reportedly recorded statements blaming the constable for her situation. In the message, she claimed that she had trusted him and lived with him believing they would eventually get married.

After the incident came to light, local police registered a case and launched an investigation into the allegations. Senior officials said they are examining the circumstances of the woman’s death, the nature of the relationship, and the evidence she left behind.

Authorities also confirmed that the role of the constable is being investigated and departmental action may follow depending on the findings. Statements from family members and acquaintances are being recorded as part of the probe.

Police officials said further legal action will depend on the results of the investigation and the evidence collected during the inquiry. The incident has sparked discussions about misuse of trust in relationships and accountability when promises of marriage are involved.

If you or someone you know is struggling emotionally, authorities advise seeking help from family members, friends, or professional counselors rather than facing such challenges alone. 🚨
