Addressing a gathering at the closing event of the yatra, the Chief Minister highlighted the achievements of his administration and said the tour helped him directly assess the progress of ongoing development projects and understand the needs of people at the grassroots level. He assured citizens that the government would continue to focus on improving roads, education, healthcare and employment opportunities.

During his speech, Nitish Kumar also launched a sharp attack on the opposition Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), describing them as “useless people” and accusing them of wrongdoing during their time in government. He said his decision to leave the alliance with RJD was taken after observing several irregularities and issues within the administration.

The Chief Minister emphasized that his government is focused on maintaining law and order and ensuring transparent governance. He said development and good governance remain the top priorities for his administration.

The Samriddhi Yatra, which covered several districts of Bihar, was aimed at reviewing government schemes, inspecting development projects and interacting with local residents. Officials said the Chief Minister visited multiple villages and towns during the tour to evaluate the implementation of welfare programmes and infrastructure initiatives.

Nitish Kumar stated that the feedback gathered during the journey would help the government formulate new policies and accelerate development works in the coming months. He also assured that the state government would continue to launch initiatives to improve living standards and create better opportunities for the youth.

The conclusion of the Samriddhi Yatra is being seen as politically significant as it comes amid an evolving political landscape in Bihar, with the ruling coalition and opposition parties preparing for upcoming electoral challenges.
