Mathura: The Braj region of Uttar Pradesh, known as the land of Lord Krishna, is preparing for its world-famous Holi celebrations in 2026. The festivities in Vrindavan, Mathura and Barsana are expected to begin several days before the main Holi festival and will include traditional events such as Lathmar Holi, Phoolon Ki Holi, Widow’s Holi and Rangbharni Ekadashi.
