The initiatives were organized across multiple locations as part of an ongoing campaign to educate citizens about the importance of voting and to ensure higher turnout in upcoming elections. During their visit, the officials reviewed the arrangements and interacted with participants, volunteers, and organizers to assess the effectiveness of the programmes.

The District Collector emphasized the significance of every citizen’s vote in shaping governance and urged people, especially first-time voters and youth, to actively participate in the electoral process. The CoP, on the other hand, assured that adequate security arrangements would be in place to ensure peaceful and fair polling.

Various activities such as street plays, awareness rallies, distribution of informational pamphlets, and interactive sessions were conducted to spread awareness about voter rights, registration procedures, and ethical voting practices. Special focus was placed on reaching out to rural populations, women, and marginalized communities.

Officials also highlighted the use of digital platforms and mobile campaigns to expand the reach of voter education initiatives. They encouraged citizens to verify their names in electoral rolls and make use of available facilities for corrections or new registrations.

The visits underscore the administration’s commitment to promoting inclusive and informed participation in the democratic process, with authorities aiming to ensure that every eligible voter exercises their right responsibly.
