Dumka Girl Secures 41st Rank in Civil Services Examination 2025

Ranchi: In a proud achievement for Jharkhand, Sudipa Dutta from Dumka has secured the 41st rank in the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025, the results of which were announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Friday.

With this remarkable performance, Sudipa Dutta emerged as the top-ranked candidate from Jharkhand among the eight candidates from the state who successfully cleared the prestigious examination this year.


According to officials and sources close to the family, Sudipa’s success has brought immense pride to her hometown Dumka, as well as the entire state of Jharkhand. The Civil Services Examination is considered one of the toughest competitive exams in the country, conducted annually to recruit officers for services such as the IAS, IPS, and IFS.
