Indore Murder Case: MBA Student Arrested for Killing Girlfriend, Performing Occult Rituals Beside Body

Indore: In a deeply disturbing case from Indore, police have arrested an MBA student accused of murdering his girlfriend and allegedly engaging in shocking acts with her body, including performing occult rituals in an attempt to “speak to her spirit.”

According to police officials, the accused and the woman were in a relationship and had reportedly been facing personal disputes in recent weeks. Investigators said the argument escalated, leading to the woman’s murder at a private location.

Body Found After Suspicion

The crime came to light after the woman was reported missing. During questioning, inconsistencies in the accused’s statements raised suspicion, leading police to intensify interrogation. He eventually allegedly confessed to killing her.

Officers said the accused remained with the body for several hours after the murder. During this period, he is alleged to have consumed alcohol beside the corpse and carried out occult practices, claiming he was trying to

communicate with her spirit.

Police further revealed that the accused also allegedly committed acts of sexual assault on the deceased woman’s body, adding further gravity to the charges.

The accused has been arrested and booked under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including murder and destruction of evidence. Additional charges related to sexual offences and other applicable provisions are also being examined.
