Officials say the recruitment process is strictly merit-based, relying on academic qualifications, teaching experience, and performance metrics. Teachers currently serving in government schools were allowed to apply for positions in CM Rise Schools through an internal selection mechanism.

Concerns Over Transfers and Displacement
