According to the police, the arrests were made following credible information about the illegal sale of narcotic substances in the area. Acting on the tip-off, a police team conducted a raid and caught the suspects while they were allegedly attempting to sell the banned substance.

During the operation, officers recovered 367 grams of hash oil, a concentrated cannabis extract that is considered an illegal narcotic under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in India.

Police officials said the accused were taken into custody and a case has been registered against them under relevant sections of the NDPS Act. The contraband substance was seized as evidence.

Investigators are now trying to determine the source of the hash oil and whether the arrested individuals are linked to a larger drug supply network. Police are also examining if the accused had been involved in similar activities earlier.

Authorities said strict action would be taken against those involved in drug trafficking and illegal narcotics trade. Further investigation into the case is currently underway. 🚔
