According to officials, the accused — Harisingh Malviya and his son — allegedly intercepted the brother and sister while they were travelling to their examination centre. The attackers reportedly confronted the siblings over an ongoing family property dispute and soon the argument escalated into violence.

Police said the accused used sticks to brutally assault the siblings on the road. The victims sustained severe injuries during the attack and collapsed at the scene. Locals who witnessed the incident immediately alerted authorities and tried to help the injured.

Senior police officer Deepak Shukla confirmed that the attack was linked to a family property dispute. “The accused Harisingh Malviya and his son intercepted the siblings on their way to the examination centre and attacked them with sticks,” he said.

The injured siblings were rushed to a nearby hospital, but doctors declared them dead due to the severity of their injuries. The tragic deaths have sparked anger and grief among residents of the area.

Police teams quickly reached the spot after receiving information and launched an investigation. Efforts are underway to arrest the accused, who reportedly fled the scene after the assault.
