Wyndham Hotels Brings Dolce Brand to India in Partnership with Fine Acers Group

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of its upscale lifestyle brand, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, in the Indian market through a strategic partnership with Fine Acers Group.

As part of the collaboration, two premium properties — Dolce by Wyndham Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Udaipur — will be developed, marking the official debut of the Dolce brand in India. The move is aimed at strengthening Wyndham’s footprint in the country’s fast-growing hospitality sector, particularly in the upscale and experiential travel segment.


Company officials said the new properties are designed to cater to leisure travellers, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and large-scale events. Known globally for blending contemporary design with immersive local experiences, Dolce Hotels & Resorts focuses on premium hospitality offerings, high-end meeting facilities, and lifestyle-driven stays.


The upcoming Dolce by Wyndham Goa property is expected to tap into the state’s strong domestic and international tourism demand, while the Udaipur hotel will leverage the city’s reputation as a luxury wedding and heritage destination.


Wyndham Hotels & Resorts currently operates multiple brands across various segments in India and sees significant growth potential in tier-1 and tier-2 cities. Industry observers note that the introduction of Dolce reflects the company’s strategy to diversify its portfolio and target high-value travellers seeking curated, design-forward hospitality experiences.


The Fine Acers Group, which has interests in real estate and hospitality development, said the partnership aligns with its vision to bring internationally recognised brands to key Indian tourism hubs.


With this expansion, Wyndham aims to further consolidate its presence in India’s competitive hospitality market, capitalising on rising domestic tourism and increasing demand for upscale lifestyle hotels.
